Marchesa’s Spring ’18 runway transported us to a beautiful Far East garden – Creative Directors Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig re-imagined everything world traveler Aimée Crocker would have worn when exploring the area in the ’20s. Designed to resemble a Red Japanese Maple, this one-shoulder gown is made from tulle and silk-organza and has a stretch-silk crepe de chine lining for coverage. It has internal boning on the sides and falls to an elongated floor-skimming train.
Shown here with: Bottega Veneta Clutch, Gianvito Rossi Sandals, Buccellati Bracelet, Pippa Small Earrings.
